Helvellyn and Castyecam from Glenridding

Beginning in the peaceful lakeside village of Glenridding, this route heads summits both Helvellyn and Catstyecam via Red Tarn and the famous Striding Edge ridge. Described as Wainwright's 'Friendly Giant', this is one of the most popular hill walks in the Lakes.
